'Pupil' refers to users who use our search facility to find a driving instructor and 'instructor' refers to a anyone who registers with us to provide responses to quote requests/leads.

This policy covers all users who register to use the choosylearner.com website. It is not necessary to register in order to gain access to the general content of the site, but access to the 'find an instructor' search facility is restricted to users who register their details as referred to in the 'Second principle' below. Access to the choosylearner.com website is free, charges only apply to instructors who request 'leads'.

If you choose not to register or not provide personal information, you may still visit the choosylearner.com website but you will not be able to access the restricted services that are available to registered users. To recognise general geographical trends
Your details will be provided to selected instructors for the purpose of supplying you with the quotes that you have requested through us. This is the only purpose that the instructors are permitted to use your details and are not permitted to store these details beyond what is reasonably required for providing you, the customer, with an accurate quote (unless you specifically permit otherwise).
Should you win any advertised prize following your use of our service we will use your details to contact you to inform you of your win.
We sometimes use other companies to provide services to you or to provide services to us. To enable them to do this, we may need to share your personal information with them. They will be able to update, correct, change or delete inaccurate details. They may also change opt out of marketing and promotional activities via instructor, although they may continue to receive mailings for a short period while your change is being processed. All registered users have the right to ask for a copy of their personal information on payment of a small fee.
